**Call Management**: Manage call volumes efficiently while maintaining a high level of quality service. Track and document customer interactions accurately.
- **Customer Relationship Management**: Develop rapport with customers, understand their needs, and provide personalized support and service.
- **Product Knowledge**: Stay updated with the company’s products, services, and policies to provide accurate information and troubleshooting.
- **Complaint Handling**: Address customer complaints in a professional manner, ensuring concerns are resolved and customers leave with a positive experience.
- **Meet KPIs and Targets**: Adhere to key performance indicators (KPIs) such as average handling time, first call resolution, and customer satisfaction scores.
- **Collaboration**: Work with internal teams, such as technical support, sales, or management, to resolve customer issues and improve processes.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- **Education**: Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree is a plus.
- **Experience**: Previous experience in a voice process or customer service role preferred but not mandatory.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Fluency in English and/or regional languages is a must.
- **Problem-Solving Ability**: Ability to assess situations quickly and provide effective solutions.
- **Customer-Oriented Mindset**: Strong focus on customer satisfaction, with the ability to manage challenging customer situations calmly and professionally.
- **Multitasking Ability**: Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- **Technical Skills**: Basic computer skills; familiarity with CRM software, ticketing systems, or call center tools is an advantage.
- **Team Player**: Ability to work well in a team and collaborate to meet team goals.
- **Flexibility**: Willingness to work in rotational shifts (if applicable) and handle high call volumes.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
