We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-oriented Kannada Voice Process Associate to join our team. The primary responsibility of the role is to provide exceptional customer service through voice support, handling customer queries, troubleshooting issues, and offering solutions in Kannada. The role requires effective communication skills in Kannada, along with the ability to understand and resolve customer concerns in a professional manner.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle inbound and outbound calls in Kannada, providing customer support.
- Assist customers with inquiries, product or service issues, and other concerns related to the company’s offerings.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies in Kannada.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints in the CRM system.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by offering timely and effective solutions.
- Meet performance metrics like average handle time, customer satisfaction scores, and first-call resolution.
- Collaborate with other team members and departments to improve service quality.
- Adhere to company guidelines and policies for customer interactions and documentation.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- **Fluency in Kannada** is a must.
- Strong communication skills in Kannada, with the ability to converse clearly and confidently.
- Previous experience in a customer support or voice process role is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Patience and the ability to handle challenging customer interactions.
- Positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills, and a team player.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts if applicable.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
