**Job Title: BPO Voice Process Support Executive (Malayalam and Kannada)**

**Job Type**: Full-time, Shift-based

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled BPO Voice Process Support Executive proficient in Malayalam and Kannada languages to join our dynamic team. As a BPO Voice Process Support Executive, you will be responsible for handling a variety of tasks including influencer appointment calls, door lock and premium switch sales, validation processes, addressing general complaints, conducting feedback calls, managing service desk operations, and performing Instagram research. This role requires excellent communication skills in both Malayalam and Kannada, as well as proficiency in English.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct influencer appointment calls and maintain relationships with influencers.
- Facilitate door lock and premium switch sales by providing product information and addressing customer queries.
- Perform validation processes to ensure accuracy and reliability of data.
- Address general complaints from customers with professionalism and empathy.
- Conduct feedback calls to gather insights and improve service quality.
- Manage service desk operations efficiently to provide timely support to customers.
- Conduct Instagram research to gather market insights and identify potential opportunities.
- Adaptability to work in shift-based schedules as required.

**Requirements**:

- Fluency in Malayalam and Kannada languages is essential.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Previous experience in a BPO or customer service role is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet.
- Flexibility to work in shift-based schedules including evenings and weekends.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
