**Immediate Joiners needed**

1. Proficient in English and Hindi verbal communication

2. Quick learner with the ability to grasp new systems and processes

3. Detail-oriented and thorough in ensuring mínimal errors while sending a communication to customers

4. At least 2 years of experience in handling customers in both voice and non-voice process 5. Demonstrates a flair for helping and servicing clients

6. Active listening, empathy, and patience wrt customer interactions

7. Ability to convert leads to sales without being pushy/intrusive

8. Ability to articulate in different ways

9. Comfortable working 6 days with 1 rotational week off

**Open for Off roll Good to have**:
1. Experience in the Insurance Industry

2. Prior experience in Sales/ Outbound Call

**Points to note**:
1) 6 Days working (1-day rotational week-off)

2) Work from the Office

3) Job Location - Bangalore (HSR layout)

5) Work Timings - 9hrs with Rotational shifts between 9 am to 9pm

6) Job Type - Off Role position (Third party payroll)

7) Sales role - Target Based (has performance and sales incentives)

Please note that the maximum fixed CTC for this role would be 4.5 LPA where they can get Rs 33,414 in hand at max (we have a deduction of 4086) plus incentives. Kindly note that this is the maximum budget and shall vary on case to case basis and do not commit these numbers to anyone.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
