Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Service Representative based in the Greater Vancouver Metropolitan Area. The Customer Service Representative will handle day-to-day customer inquiries, provide technical and non-technical support, ensure customer satisfaction, and maintain a strong focus on delivering an exceptional customer experience. Responsibilities may also include resolving customer issues, documenting communication, processing orders, and collaborating with internal teams to meet client needs. Qualifications 1-3 Years of Experience in Customer Service, Customer Support, and building strong Customer SatisfactionKnowledge and skills in enhancing Customer Experience and resolving client inquiries effectivelyStrong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an ability to interact professionally with various stakeholdersExcellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to meeting customer needsProficiency in relevant software and CRM toolsAbility to work onsite in the Greater Vancouver Metropolitan AreaPrevious experience in a technical or manufacturing industry is preferred but not requiredHigh school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in customer service are a plus
