As a Guest Relations Executive at Club One Air, your primary responsibility is to ensure an exceptional experience for all guests. This includes warmly welcoming guests upon arrival, efficiently managing check-in and check-out procedures, and providing detailed information about the club's services and amenities. You will address guest inquiries and resolve any complaints promptly, maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor at all times. Coordinating with various departments, such as housekeeping and food and beverage, is essential to meet guest needs effectively. Additionally, you will oversee VIP guests, ensuring their specific preferences are met, and assist in organizing special events or occasions. Maintaining accurate guest records and gathering feedback to suggest service improvements are also key aspects of this role. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, along with a customer-oriented attitude, are vital for success in this position.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
