Position: Guest Relations Executive

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and welcome guests entering the establishment.
- Provide information and assistance to guests regarding their inquiries or needs.
- Handle guest complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Assist with guest reservations, bookings, and inquiries.
- Ensure a pleasant and memorable experience for guests throughout their visit.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure efficient operations.
- Uphold company standards of customer service excellence.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Attention to detail and a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role preferred.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹29,051.53 per month
