*Job Description:*

As a Cabin Crew cum Guest Relations Executive at Club One Air, you will play a dual role in delivering exceptional in-flight service and ensuring a seamless experience for our esteemed guests. You will be responsible for passenger safety, comfort, and satisfaction while also managing guest relations pre-flight, in-flight, and post-flight. This role requires professionalism, excellent interpersonal skills, and a commitment to upholding our high standards of service.

*Key Responsibilities:*
- Welcome passengers warmly and ensure their comfort and safety throughout the journey.
- Conduct pre-flight checks, ensure the cabin is clean, and all amenities are prepared.
- Deliver in-flight services, including serving meals, beverages, and attending to special requests.
- Provide personalized services to VIP passengers, ensuring their preferences are met.
- Assist guests during check-in, boarding, and deplaning processes.
- Address passenger inquiries and resolve any complaints promptly and courteously.
- Coordinate with the flight crew and ground staff for smooth operations.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and assist passengers in emergencies if required.
- Provide information about Club One Air’s services, promotions, and membership benefits.

- *Compensation for Flight Hours:* ₹500 per hour for in-flight travel.

*Qualifications and Skills:*
- Prior experience in cabin crew, guest relations, or hospitality roles is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- A customer-centric mindset with attention to detail.
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
- Familiarity with in-flight safety protocols and procedures is a plus.
- Flexibility to travel and work in a dynamic environment.
