**Job Title**: Business Development Executive
**Location**: Noida, Uttar Pradesh
**Mode**: Work from Office (5 Days Working)
**Shift**: Day Shift
**Experience Required**: 2-5 Years

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and generate new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key clients to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions.
- Conduct high-impact client presentations to showcase the company’s offerings.
- Write compelling proposals and RFP responses to win new business.
- Manage the complete sales process from prospecting to closing deals.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the management.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery and customer satisfaction.

**Key Skills & Requirements**:

- 2-5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or a related field.
- Proven experience in handling the **end-to-end sales process**.
- Strong skills in **lead generation**, **proposal writing**, and **client presentations**.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus

Work Location: In person
