**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee daily bakery operations including production, quality control, and inventory management.
- Design, test, and implement new recipes for breads, pastries, desserts, and specialty baked items.
- Supervise, train, and manage a team of bakers, assistants, and kitchen staff.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, food safety, and kitchen cleanliness as per health regulations.
- Monitor ingredient stock levels and coordinate with vendors to ensure timely procurement.
- Ensure consistency in taste, texture, and presentation across all baked products.
- Manage schedules, assign duties, and evaluate kitchen staff performance.
- Adapt recipes and baking techniques based on seasonal trends or customer feedback.
- Collaborate with the management team on menu planning, costing, and product development.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Diploma or degree in Bakery & Pastry Arts, Culinary Arts, or related field.
- 5-12 years of experience in a professional bakery or patisserie environment, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or head chef role.
- Strong knowledge of traditional and contemporary baking techniques.
- Expertise in artisanal breads, viennoiseries, cakes, tarts, and international desserts.
- Excellent team leadership and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage large-scale production.
- In-depth knowledge of food safety, kitchen hygiene, and sanitation standards.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
