Junior Bakery Chef

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Prepare a variety of baked goods including breads, pastries, cookies, cakes, and desserts in accordance with recipes and quality standards.
- Support the Head Baker/Pastry Chef in daily production tasks and ensure timely completion of orders.
- Assist in recipe development and testing for seasonal or new menu items.
- Monitor oven temperatures, baking times, and product quality throughout the baking process.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation in compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.
- Manage ingredient stock levels, assist with inventory control, and ensure proper storage of supplies.
- Train and guide junior team members or apprentices as needed.
- Collaborate with the team on event or custom bakery projects, including decoration and presentation.
**Requirements**:
- 2-4 years of experience in a professional bakery, patisserie, or culinary kitchen.
- Solid understanding of baking techniques, ingredient handling, and pastry production.
- Familiarity with bakery equipment such as mixers, proofers, ovens, and dough sheeters.
- Strong attention to detail, creativity, and time management skills.
- Ability to work early shifts, weekends, or holidays as required by production schedules.
- Diploma or certification in Baking & Pastry Arts or Culinary Arts preferred.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
