As an operations intern, you will assist and coordinate the operations of the Learning Department and will be responsible for accomplishing students experience, engagement and placements. They will function within the department to ensure smooth running of set operational processes. The role requires proactive communication, quick execution & improvising to bolster batch performance.

**Responsibilities**:

- Connecting with students daily to drive learning outcomes
- Own a batch of students (250-300) end-to-end
- Make sure that students are adhering to set objectives - attending lectures, giving assignments, assessments and contests
- Make sure that student experience is maintained in and outside the batch
- Make sure that student escalations are being handled within TAT

**Requirements**:

- Willingness to work in a fast-paced and output-driven environment
- Basic Knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets.
- Good communication skills - Proficiency in English and Hindi (Spoken & Written).
- Earlier Customer facing experience preferred
- Willing to make calls and be responsible for communication as and when necessary.
- Open to work on a on-site setting for 6 months.
