CricTracker is seeking a motivated and dynamic **Operations Intern** to join our team. This role is perfect for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in the sports media industry while honing their operational and communication skills.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist the Head of Operations in daily tasks, including project planning and execution.
- Attend client meetings and internal discussions to support coordination and note-taking.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless execution of operational strategies.
- Manage schedules, document meeting minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Participate in planning and organizing company events and campaigns.
- Contribute to improving processes and workflows for better efficiency.
- Prepare reports and presentations for operational insights.
- Handle ad hoc responsibilities assigned by the operations team.

**Key Requirements**
- Current enrollment in a bachelor’s or master’s degree program (preferably in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field).
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with project management tools.
- A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for sports and familiarity with cricket is a plus.

Contract length: 3 months

Pay: ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Rotational shift
- Weekend availability
