
Receptionist (Hotel Industry)

Job Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the hotel
- Check guests in and out of the hotel, ensuring that all necessary paperwork and payments are completed accurately
- Respond to guest inquiries and requests, providing information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and events
- Manage and maintain guest reservations and room assignments
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure that guest rooms are ready for occupancy
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Monitor and maintain the hotel's front desk and lobby area, ensuring that it is clean, organized, and presentable at all times
- Assist with administrative tasks such as answering phones, managing mail, and filing paperwork
- Maintain knowledge of hotel policies, procedures, and emergency response protocols
Job Requirements:
- Any graduate with 0-1 years of experience in receptionist roles in the hotel industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong customer service skills and ability to handle guest inquiries and complaints
- Knowledge of hotel operations, including check-in and check-out procedures
- Familiarity with hotel reservation and booking systems is a plus
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
**Job Type**: Regular / Permanent
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
