Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Desk Executive located in Diu. The Front Desk Executive will be responsible for handling receptionist duties, providing exceptional customer service, managing phone calls, and ensuring smooth check-in and check-out processes for guests. Daily tasks include managing reservations, addressing guest inquiries, and coordinating with other hotel departments to meet guests' needs.

Qualifications

  • Excellent Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities
  • Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties
  • Strong Customer Service orientation and ability to resolve issues efficiently
  • Experience in hospitality or a related field is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and as a part of a team
  • Fluent in multiple languages is an advantage
