Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Front Desk Executive at The Fern Hotels & Resorts, located in Diu. The Front Desk Executive will manage reception duties, including welcoming guests, handling inquiries, check-ins, and check-outs, ensuring a seamless guest experience. They will coordinate with other departments, manage reservations, and maintain records, providing personalized and professional customer service at all times.
Qualifications
- Strong Interpersonal Skills to build rapport and effectively interact with guests and team members
- Demonstrated proficiency in Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties, including handling calls and managing front desk operations
- Customer Service and Communication skills to address guest needs efficiently and professionally
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to multitask effectively
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and reservation systems is preferred
- Prior experience in the hospitality industry is an advantage
- High school diploma required; a degree in hospitality or related field is a plus
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and maintain a welcoming demeanor
