Hotel New Ratnakar is seeking a responsible, well-spoken, and highly organized Receptionist to manage the front desk and act as a manager, taking responsibility for guest satisfaction and smooth hotel operations. This role requires excellent customer service skills and the ability to handle administrative duties efficiently.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Welcome and assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures.
- Allocate rooms, manage reservations, and ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Print KOTs (Kitchen Order Tickets) and handle guest orders.
- Oversee GST billing and ensure timely and accurate payment collection.
- Manage cashier duties for all transactions, including cash, card, and digital payments.
- Act as a manager by taking responsibility for the overall guest experience and hotel operations.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and other staff to maintain smooth daily operations.
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Maintain organized records of bookings, payments, and other administrative tasks.
- Exhibit excellent spoken communication and ensure a well-organized reception area.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and the local language.
- Well-organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Knowledge of GST and cashier functions is preferred.
- Prior experience in hospitality, front desk, or customer service roles is an advantage.
