**Job Title**:Education Outreach Executive

We are seeking an enthusiastic Education Outreach Executive to promote and drive enrollments for our online education programs designed for working professionals. You will connect with potential learners, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions to help them advance their careers. This role requires strong communication skills, a consultative sales approach, and a passion for education.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Understand learners' career goals and recommend suitable programs.
- Achieve enrollment targets while maintaining high service standards.
- Maintain and update CRM with leads and follow-ups.
- Collaborate with marketing to optimize outreach strategies.

**Required Skills**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong consultative sales and persuasion skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho).
- Knowledge of online education trends and programs for working professionals.
