**Role Overview**

We are looking for passionate and self-driven individuals to join our mission as Technology Educator & Operational Executives. This role blends technology education, local operational management, and product innovation in the fields of Artificial Intelligence, IoT, Embedded Systems, and Drones.

As a Technology Educator & Operational Executive, you will play a critical role in empowering students and educators by delivering hands-on training in cutting-edge technologies, while also ensuring smooth execution of programs.

Ideal for those passionate about education, innovation, and social change.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Deliver interactive training sessions on AI, Robotics, IoT, and Embedded Systems to students and teachers.
- Participation in Product Development based on AI, IoT, Embedded, Drone
- Trainer will be responsible for proactively approaching and visiting schools and colleges within their assigned territory to conduct training sessions, implement programs, and ensure effective on-ground execution of all educational initiatives.
- Customize learning experiences for students and schools
- Conduct workshops to promote 21st-century skills
- Manage operations within your assigned region
- Coordinate with school staff, report progress, and support lab implementation
- Able to Innovate new Ideas
- Identification of Real-life problem and participation in problem solving

**Required Skills & Qualities**
- Strong communication, presentation & public speaking skills
- Leadership, decision-making & region-level coordination
- Adaptive thinking & ability to work independently
- Familiarity with MS Office, Google Docs/Sheets/Forms
- Proficient in English & local language (spoken & written)
- Well-groomed, confident, people-oriented and Dynamic.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
