**Role Overview**:
We are seeking a proactive and experienced **Outreach Coordinator** to lead our institutional collaboration and volunteer engagement efforts. This role is crucial to building strategic alliances, scaling outreach programs, and fostering long-term partnerships that support the foundation’s mission.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with schools, colleges, NGOs, and corporate organizations.
- Plan and execute targeted outreach campaigns across diverse regions.
- Manage the onboarding process and maintain regular follow-ups with institutional partners.
- Coordinate with the events and marketing teams to amplify engagement through partnership activities.
- Support the onboarding and coordination of volunteers and interns.
- Train and mentor outreach coordinators, volunteers, and interns to enhance program efficiency.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Public Relations, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in outreach, partnership development, or institutional engagement roles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional and persuasive tone.
- Proven track record in building and managing large-scale partnerships.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills to manage multiple stakeholders and campaigns.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively across functions.
