**Key Result Areas**

- Reporting daily progress accurately
- Showing leadership attributes in helping colleagues
- Achieve monthly revenue goals

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Secure new outreach venues
- Documenting and reporting results to the line manager.
- Stay updated with all information/training, work guidelines, principles, policies & projects.
- Achieving the set donors & income budgets every month.
- To ensure confidentiality of information
- Any other responsibility as assigned by the Director for Fundraising.

**SKILLS, ATTRIBUTES AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED**

- track record of successfully delivering F2F outreach venues.
- Practical understanding of F2F fundraising techniques.
- Developed interpersonal skills.

**Salary and benefits**:During the first 6 months (Probation period) Outreach Coordinator’s **net **compensation will be of INR 35000-/-. After successful completion of probation, Outreach coordinator’s gross compensation will be of INR 42000-/
