We are looking for:
**Job Description**:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated HR Recruiter to join our team and play a key role in our talent acquisition efforts. The Talent Acquisition Executive will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to support our growing business. This individual will work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.

**Responsibilities**:

- Employer Branding: Assist in developing and promoting the employer brand to attract top talent and enhance the company's reputation as an employer of choice.
- Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, develop job descriptions, and tailor recruitment strategies accordingly.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in the retail or home interiors industry.
- Familiarity with sourcing techniques and tools, including social media and applicant tracking systems.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Passion for design and home interiors is a plus.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
