**Key Responsibilities**:
**Talent Sourcing and Acquisition**:
- Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the BFSI and Real Estate sectors.
**Client Management**:
- Work closely with clients to understand their staffing needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and build new client relationships to expand the consultancy’s portfolio.
- Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from initial contact to onboarding.
- Conduct reference checks and background verifications as needed.
**Administrative Tasks**:
- Prepare recruitment reports and metrics for management review.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
**Collaboration and Teamwork**:
- Collaborate with the HR team and other departments to ensure alignment of recruitment strategies with company goals.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of the recruitment process.
**Qualifications**:
1. Education: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Bachelors in Travel & Tourism, bachelor’s in psychology, or a related field,
2. Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in talent acquisition, in addition on focus on the BFSI and Real Estate industries or similar industries.
**Skills**:
1. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
2. Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
3. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
4. Proficient in using ATS and other recruitment software.
5. Familiarity with employment laws and regulations.
**Key Competencies**:

3. Strong organizational and time-management skills.
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Job Types: Full-time, Permanent**
