**Job description**
With over 30 years of experience in the door manufacturing industry Fero Door is one of the largest players in the field of designing, manufacturing and distributing of interior & exterior doors & UPVC windows for residential as well as non-residential buildings in South India. We supply superior quality doors and UPVC Windows to clients in Kerala, Karnataka and Tamil Nadu.
**Job description**:
- Deriving sales through our retail network of distributor, direct dealer and sub-dealer
- Scheme communication to target dealers, direct dealers and distributors.
- Follow up inquiries and convert them to sales.
- Coordinating with back-end sales coordinator for payment processing and closure. Monitor outstanding amounts for distributors and direct dealers
- Market analysis and competitor study for identifying new sub dealers/direct dealers and distributors.
- Assist sub-dealer/direct dealer and distributor in complaint resolution.
- Monitoring and managing new dealer performance
- Evaluating the branding potential at dealer sites to maximize visibility
- Achieve set targets
- Submit weekly reports to Head of Department / Senior Management
**Key skills/ requirements**:
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills in English and Malayalam are essential.
- Strong negotiation, problem solving and analytical skills is essential.
- Good interpersonal skill, presentable personality, energetic and enthusiastic about learning new things.
- Self-motivated, disciplined & driven - work well in a team as well as autonomously.
- Role requires extensive traveling within prescribed region and willingness to travel at short notice.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
