**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Lead Generation**: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outbound calls, referrals, digital campaigns, and local market research.
- **Client Visits**: Travel to potential clients’ offices to pitch Paywize’s services and conduct product demos (Payment Gateway, POS, UPI, etc.).
- **Deal Closure**: Negotiate pricing and terms, handle objections, and close leads efficiently.
- **CRM Management**: Maintain detailed records of interactions, pipeline status, and follow-ups using internal systems.
- **Market Feedback**: Provide insights from the field to help improve service offerings and customer experience.
**Services You’ll Be Selling**:
- **Payment Gateway Integration** for websites and mobile apps
- **POS Machines** for physical stores and service businesses
- **QR Code & UPI-based Payment Solutions**:
- **Payout Services** for businesses and aggregators
- **Subscription Billing and Smart Invoicing** solutions
**Requirements**:
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in field sales, preferably in fintech, banking, SaaS, or payments industry
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Comfortable with travel and on-ground meetings
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and go-getter attitude
- Basic understanding of digital payments and e-commerce workflows is a plus
- Fluency in English and local language
