**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement **sales training programs** focused on investment advisory services.
- Conduct **onboarding sessions** for new sales hires, equipping them with product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Provide **ongoing training** on sales strategies, objection handling, and customer relationship management.
- Organize **role-playing exercises, case studies, and mock sales calls** to improve persuasion skills.
- Track and analyze sales team performance to identify **skill gaps and training needs**.
- Train the team on compliance, ethical selling, and industry regulations related to investment advisory.
- Collaborate with sales leaders to align training with business goals and market trends.
- Stay updated on investment products, competitor offerings, and sales best practices.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- 3+ years of experience in **sales training**, preferably in investment advisory, financial services, or fintech.
- Strong knowledge of **investment products, wealth management, and financial planning**.
- Proven ability to train and coach sales teams to achieve targets.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
