**Job Summary**:
**About the Role**:
We’re looking for sales associates to help scale our B2B Fintech company. You will work with the founder to complete all tasks assigned which may include conducting research, identifying business opportunities, generating sales leads, making cold calls, participating in meetings, and assisting wherever possible.

This will be everything from sourcing leads, planning the campaign, and implementing it. If you want to learn the reality of how to scale a Fintech company this is the right role. It will be challenging and hard work. At times incredibly exciting and at other times a bit more mundane admin work. But by the end, you will have learned how to sell, how to create revenue, and how to scale a business. If you’re great a what you do, we are open to hiring you full-time

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Outbound Calls**:Initiate outbound calls to potential customers based on provided leads. Present products or services to prospects and explain their features and benefits. Follow scripts and talking points to maintain consistency in communication.
- **Inbound Calls**:Answer incoming calls from customers and address their inquiries or concerns. Provide information about products, services, and promotions. Assist customers in placing orders or resolving issues.
- **Customer Engagement**:Build rapport with customers through effective communication. Understand customer needs and tailor sales pitches accordingly. Upsell or cross-sell products and services to maximize sales opportunities.
- **Market Research**:Conduct market research to identify potential leads and gather information on competitors. Document and report customer feedback to improve products or services.
- **Data Entry and Documentation**:Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions. Enter relevant information into databases or customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
- **Professionalism**:Demonstrate a professional and positive attitude in all interactions. Adhere to company policies and guidelines.
- **Training and Development**:Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and communication techniques. Seek opportunities for personal and professional development.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Relevant degree in any field.
- **Must know Hindi language**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to follow scripts and adapt communication style to different customer profiles.
- Basic computer skills, including data entry and familiarity with CRM software.
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain resilient.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.

**How Can You Apply**:
**Salary**: ₹250,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
