Sales Manager/Senior Sales Manager - FinTech Expert (6-10 yrs)
Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our FinTech sales efforts. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of achieving sales targets, strong relationships with key customer stakeholders, and the ability to understand and articulate Qualitrix's offerings and USPs.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Target: 6 Cr order booking annually and acquisition of 12 new logos per year
  • Identify and qualify target FinTech firms and relevant customer personas
  • Drive sales opportunities to successful closure
  • Understand the offerings and USPs of leading FinTech companies
  • Coach and collaborate with the inside sales team to generate leads and opportunities
  • Map and build strong relationships with key customer stakeholders
  • Coordinate with pre-sales and delivery teams for proposals and pre-sales activities
  • Build and maintain an adequate pipeline to meet quarterly targets
  • Manage contracting, pricing, and rate negotiations - handle the end-to-end sales process
  • Track and manage deal and account margins
  • Develop strategic partnerships for market expansion and growth

Requirements:
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets of 4 Cr+ in order bookings
  • Successfully closed deals valued at over USD 250K
  • Domain experience in financial services, including FinTechs, digital & payment banks, lending, capital markets, and insurance
  • Experience dealing with mid to large-sized firms in the financial sector
  • Hands-on experience in end-to-end sales process for IT services firms in India
  • Strong ability to understand and articulate Qualitrix's offerings and USPs
  • Deep understanding of products/services, features, benefits, and pricing models
  • Skilled in using modern sales tools
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in using CRM systems and experienced in structured sales process execution
