Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Sales Manager located in Bengaluru. The Senior Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies and achieving the institution&aposs sales targets. Responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, analyzing market trends, preparing sales reports, and collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless operations. The Senior Sales Manager must also be adept at presenting The Sports School&aposs unique educational approach to prospective students and their families.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Proven experience in Sales Strategy and Business Development
- Excellent Communication and Presentation skills
- Market Analysis and Trend Identification capabilities
- Strong relationship-building and client management experience
- Ability to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Proficiency in preparing detailed Sales Reports
- Experience in the residential school or sports industry is a plus
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years experience
