Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Sales Manager located in Bengaluru. The Senior Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team, developing and implementing effective sales strategies, achieving sales targets, and building long-term client relationships. Daily tasks include overseeing the sales process, identifying new business opportunities, preparing sales reports, providing training and mentorship to the sales team, and collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Proven experience in developing and implementing sales strategies
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze market trends and identify business opportunities
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Adept at preparing sales reports and sales performance analysis
- Bachelor&aposs degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Previous experience in the real estate industry is a plus
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
