**Job Description - Insurance Sales Executive**
Job Location - Mumbai Western Suburb : Kandivali (E)

**What are we looking for / Job Description**

We are looking for **Insurance Sales executives** to join our team. If you are from a Sales Industry and have some understanding of Insurance products or having prior experience in insurance sales, client relationship management or have worked in similar role, then this position is just for you.

**Key Responsibilities**

1. Calling prospective clients for Insurance sales across Life, Health, and General insurance products and explaining them about product features.

2. Inform clients about products, services and promotions on offer and generate quality leads

3. Lead generation & verification by calling prospective customers and understanding their requirements

4. Build positive and productive relationships with clients for business growth.

5. Manage and close client leads to achieve business numbers.

6. Schedule regular meetings, discussions, teleconferences and visit client offices to strengthen the relationships.

7. Provide client support and handle client communications effectively.

8. Maintain existing clients and generate new clients to achieve revenue goals.

9. Ensure that client requests are handled timely and accurately.

10. Develop new strategies to improve client satisfaction.

11. Maintain up-to-date knowledge about company products and services.

12. Building and maintaining your client base.

**Qualifications required**

1. Bachelor’s degree in business, finance or related field.

2. Great interpersonal and communication skills, written and spoken English is must.

3. Prior experience with Sales, Insurance Sales, Banking product sales or similar role would be preferred

4. Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint, Social Media tools like Linked In, Facebook etc

5. Critical thinker and problem-solving skills

6. Good time-management skills

7. Team player

**Salary**: From ₹15,000.00 per month
