The role is to initiate, enable and conclude health insurance sales for customers as a telecaller through the call/contact centre setup. The incumbent will report to the Team Leader for the vertical. We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Tele caller to join our team, responsible for driving insurance sales, specifically in the areas of motor and health insurance.

As a Telecaller, your primary role will be to interact with potential customers, initiate sales conversations, provide product information, and guide them through the insurance purchase process. Experience in call centre is a must; insurance experience is good to have.

Your key goals and responsibilities
- Take care of inbound / outbound calls to take up insurance sales health through telecalling set-up.
- Call potential customers based on leads / database assigned to assist sales of insurance products as a broking set up.
- Assess customer requirements and recommend suitable insurance plans. Understand and learn products of different insurers to pitch the right product as per customer need and use.
- Develop and sustain effective customer relations to be able to cross-sell & upsell.
- Using sales scripts given by the company to drive sales and respond to customer rejections /queries.
- Continuously meeting or exceeding daily and monthly targets with respect to call volume and sales.
- Good written and telephonic communication skills.

**Salary**: ₹14,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
