- JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
**Job Title**: Insurance Sales Executive

**Channel**: Agency / Direct / Banca
**Location**: Mumbai
**Qualification**: 10th / 12th Pass / Graduate
**Experience**: Freshers & Experienced Welcome

**Job Type**: Full-time
**Salary**: Fixed + Attractive Incentives

**Job Role**:

- Sell insurance policies to customers.
- Generate leads through fieldwork, referrals, or bank branches.
- Explain policy features and benefits.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Maintain good customer relationships.

**Eligibility**:

- Minimum 10th pass.
- Good communication skills.
- Interest in sales and earning incentives.
- Bike preferred (for Direct/Agency roles).

**Channel Roles**:

- **Agency** - Appoint and manage agents.
- **Direct** - Sell insurance directly to customers.
- **Banca** - Work inside bank branches to sell insurance.

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
