**Job Title - Insurance Executive**

**Location - Kurla West**

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Insurance Executive to join our team. In this role, you will oversee insurance operations, drive sales strategies, and manage client relationships to ensure a high level of service and satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct client consultations to assess insurance needs and recommend appropriate products.
- Explain insurance policies, coverage options, and terms clearly to clients.
- Prepare and present quotes, ensuring all client questions are addressed.
- Maintain and manage a portfolio of clients, building long-term relationships for ongoing support.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
- Stay updated on industry trends, products, and regulatory changes.
- Assist clients with policy changes, renewals, and claims processes as needed.
- Keep detailed records of client interactions and transactions in the CRM system.

**Skills**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset.
- Previous experience in sales, preferably in the insurance industry.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
