**Job Title**:General Insurance Sales Executive - Corporate Direct Sales**

**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and acquire new corporate clients for general insurance products (health, motor, fire, marine, etc.)
- Manage end-to-end sales cycle - prospecting, presentation, negotiation, and closing deals
- Build long-term relationships with key decision-makers in client organizations
- Coordinate with internal teams for quotation, underwriting, and policy issuance
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and timely renewal of policies
- Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets

**Requirements**:

- Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Marketing)
- 2-5 years of experience in general insurance sales (corporate/Direct sales preferred)
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets
- Knowledge of general insurance products and IRDA guidelines
