**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Determine Placement Requirements: Assess and understand the placement needs of apprentice participants, and facilitate the exchange of relevant information to ensure appropriate placements.
2. Maintain Knowledge: Stay updated on industry requirements, job trends, and employer expectations to effectively match trainees with suitable opportunities.
3. Data Preparation and Surveys: Compile and organize data related to placement activities, conduct surveys to gather insights, and utilize this information to improve placement processes.
4. Placement Report Administration: Assist in the preparation and maintenance of placement reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in reporting.
5. MOU Signing: Facilitate the signing of Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs) with companies and employers to formalize placement agreements.
6. Placement Assistance: Provide guidance and support to trainees throughout the placement process, ensuring they receive necessary assistance and resources.
7. Center Inspection: Conduct regular visits to training centers to ensure high-quality training delivery and assess facilities for suitability.
10. Placement Network Development: Expand and strengthen the placement network across India, fostering partnerships with new employers and organizations.
11. Campus Drive Organization: Plan and organize campus recruitment drives to facilitate bulk placements of trainees at various centers.
12. Placement Database Management: Maintain a comprehensive database of employers, job opportunities, and placement outcomes for reference and analysis.
13. Regular Follow-ups: Conduct follow-ups with both trainees and employers to ensure smooth placement processes and address any issues promptly.
15. End-to-End Training Program Management: Oversee the placement aspect of the training program from inception to completion, ensuring seamless integration with training activities.
16. Corporate Relations: Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with corporate partners, fostering collaboration and mutual support.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Graduate / Post Graduate.
- 2 or more experience in placement coordination, recruitment, or related roles preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite and database management.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel as required.
**Technical Skills Required**:
1. **MS Office**: Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for documentation and reporting.
3. **Meeting Targets**: Capacity to consistently meet placement targets and deadlines.
4. **Communication**: Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction.
