**Role**: Placement Coordinator (Corporate Relations)
**Location**: Indore (On-site, full-time)
**Salary**: ₹15,000 - ₹20,000 per month + Incentives

IOTA Academy is seeking a **Placement Coordinator** to support our student placement activities in IT fields like Data Analytics, Web Development, and Data Science.

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate interviews between students and employers.
- Assist in resume reviews, mock interviews, and student readiness.
- Maintain daily placement tracker and provide updates.
- Support employer outreach and follow-ups with the Corporate Relations Manager.

**Requirements**:

- 0-2 years of experience in HR/recruitment/placements. Fresh MBA-HR or graduates are welcome.
- Good communication skills and strong coordination ability.
- Proficiency in Google Sheets/MS Office.
