**Job Overview**

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented **Placement Coordinator** to join our team. The Placement Coordinator will be responsible for building strong corporate relationships, managing placement activities, and ensuring maximum career opportunities for our students.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with companies, recruiters, and industry professionals for student placements and internships.
- Plan, organize, and execute campus placement drives, job fairs, and industry sessions.
- Understand the industry requirements and align student skills through workshops, mock interviews, and resume-building sessions.
- Maintain a database of students and track their placement status.
- Collaborate with the academic and training team to identify skill gaps and recommend additional training if required.
- Regularly communicate with students regarding available opportunities and guide them throughout the recruitment process.
- Ensure placement targets are achieved and provide regular reports to management.
- Act as a brand ambassador of Engineer Sahab Education in all corporate interactions.

**Qualifications & Skills**
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Management, Education, or related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in placement coordination, corporate relations, or recruitment (experience in the education/training sector preferred).
- Strong network with companies, startups, and recruitment agencies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, handle pressure, and meet placement targets.
