**JOB TITLE: Placement Training Officer**

**JOB LOCATION: Indore**

**JOB SUMMARY**:The Trainer cum Placement Officer will be responsible for enhancing the employability skills of students and ensuring their successful placement in reputed organizations. This role requires delivering training sessions, building corporate relations, organizing placement activities, and providing career guidance and counselling support.

**1) Placements & Internships**:

- To ensure that the pre-placement offers are instituted and systemized by increasing the PPO highest package and PPO Companies.
- To improve the quality of placements in terms of job opportunities, quality of companies that visit the campus and increase the average salaries year on year.
- Responsible for organizing summer and winter internships in companies that are most likely to offer conversion into final placements, as much as possible.
- Key task is to bring in new clientele and manage relationships with existing corporate clients.
- To correspond to prospective companies and invite for campus interview/online interview.
- To share the data base of eligible aspirants to the prospective companies based on the stipulated criteria.
- To arrange for interview facilities at the campus (Auditorium, Labs, and Interview rooms).
- Sharing industry feedback, trends, and expectations with students and leadership.

**2) Training & Skill Development**:

- Should organize seminars and pep talks by inviting Industry Veterans.
- Planning, monitoring, and execution of Skill Training for various Schools.
- Arrange Industry Visits, Guest Lectures and On Job Training for the student’s community.
- To arrange skill development training for students such as soft skills, communication, interview skill, mock interviews, interpersonal skill etc.
- Design and deliver training for students in consultation with the Leadership.
- Counsel students regularly to ensure job acceptance rate increases.
- Participate in various student assessments with trainers to evaluate the student for potential placements.
- To assist students from Interview to on-boarding, complete student career cycle.
- Collaborate with the Student Placement Committee in consultation with the Heads of the Department, Principals and Deans.

**QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED**:

- Bachelors/ Master’s Degree in Management / HR/ Education / Technical / related field.
- 2-5 Years of Experience in Training, Placement coordination, or corporate HR roles.

**KEY ATTRIBUTES**:

- Proactive, result driven and student focused.
- Experience in student development, recruitment or career services preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal & communication skills.
- Adapt in using MS suites with high proficiency in MS Excel.
- Ability to handle requirements for Engineering, Commerce and Management
- Willingness to travel as per professional requirements.
- Knowledge of industry demographics will be an added advantage
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skill
- Ability to handle multiple placements drives and training schedules.
- Flexibility to travel for industry interactions and placement activities.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
