The Training and Placement Officer is responsible for preparing students for successful careers by organizing training programs and connecting them with employment opportunities. The TPO collaborates with companies, alumni, and faculty to establish partnerships, facilitate campus placements, and enhance students' employability skills.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Placement Activities**:

- Build and maintain relationships with corporate recruiters, industry professionals, and organizations for student placements.
- Organize campus recruitment drives and ensure smooth coordination between students and recruiters.
- Develop and execute placement strategies to achieve high placement rates.
- Collect and analyze feedback from recruiters to identify areas for improvement in student preparation.

**2. Training and Skill Development**:

- Conduct workshops, seminars, and training sessions to improve students' soft skills, technical abilities, and overall employability.
- Partner with faculty and external trainers to design and implement skill development programs.
- Identify skill gaps through surveys and interactions and create targeted training modules.

**3. Internship Coordination**:

- Assist students in securing internships and project opportunities in reputed organizations.
- Ensure students meet internship requirements and provide necessary support during their internship tenure.

**4. Career Guidance**:

- Provide one-on-one career counseling to students to help them identify their strengths and align them with career opportunities.
- Organize career fairs, guest lectures, and networking events with industry leaders.
- Maintain an up-to-date database of job openings, internships, and alumni connections.

**5. Administrative Duties**:

- Maintain detailed records of student placements, company visits, and training activities.
- Prepare and submit regular placement reports to management and stakeholders.
- Ensure effective communication between students, faculty, and recruiters.

**6. Alumni Engagement**:

- Build a strong alumni network to facilitate mentorship, guidance, and job referrals.
- Organize alumni events and invite alumni to share industry insights with current students.

**7. Industry Collaboration**:

- Conduct industry analysis to identify current job market trends and employer needs.
- Establish Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs) with organizations for long-term recruitment partnerships.

Pay: From ₹22,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

- Performance bonus

**Experience**:
