Valeur Fabtex Private Limited is an NSDC-accredited Vocational Training Partner established in 2012. As a pioneer in the Skill Industry, we have extensive experience in implementing livelihood generation programs across 17 sectors in North-East India. Our mission is to empower unemployed youth by providing them with skill acquisition opportunities, financial knowledge, market connections, and micro-finance assistance through partnerships with financial institutions.

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Industry Collaboration**: Build and maintain relationships with employers and industry partners to identify job opportunities for trainees.
- **Job Placement Coordination**: Organize and conduct placement drives, interviews, and recruitment events, ensuring effective matching of trainees with potential employers.
- **Networking**: Attend job fairs, industry conferences, and other networking events to promote Valeur’s training programs and explore placement opportunities.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in placement services, recruitment, or career counseling.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of the job market and industry trends, particularly in North-East India, is an advantage.
- Proficient in MS Office and familiar with HR software.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
