**Are you passionate about empowering youth and creating pathways to economic opportunities? LCF is seeking a dedicated Placement Executive to join our team in Lucknow**

**About the Role**:
The Placement Executive will be responsible for identifying job placement opportunities for youth and managing relationships with employers. This role is crucial in fostering economic empowerment by connecting young individuals with meaningful and sustainable job opportunities.

**Who We're Looking For**:

- Education: Any Graduate/Post Graduate in social work, human resources, education, business, or a related field.
- Experience: 2-4 years of experience in job placement, human resources, or related fields, preferably working with underserved populations.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel) and Google Docs. Strong coordination, follow-up abilities, and teamwork skills are essential.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in English is required.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate with students to secure placements with companies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with employers.
- Ensure effective follow-up and support throughout the placement process.
- Open to travel.
