Placement Coordinator

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Company Outreach**:

- Develop and maintain relationships with a diverse range of companies to create placement opportunities for students.
- Identify new business opportunities and build partnerships with organizations relevant to MBA, BCom, Management, and Journalism graduates.
- Conduct regular outreach and follow-ups to engage employers and promote our students' capabilities.
- **Placement Management**:

- Organize and coordinate campus recruitment drives, career fairs, and networking events.
- Assist students in resume writing, interview preparation, and job search strategies.
- Track and report on placement statistics and student outcomes.
- **Student Engagement**:

- Conduct workshops and seminars to prepare students for the job market.
- Provide one-on-one counseling to students regarding career options and placement opportunities.
- Encourage student participation in internships and real-world projects to enhance employability.
- **Collaboration**:

- Collaborate with academic departments to align placement strategies with curriculum and industry trends.
- Work with alumni to leverage their networks for placement opportunities.
- **Reporting and Administration**:

- Maintain accurate records of student placements and employer interactions.
- Prepare and present reports on placement activities to management.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Management, Human Resources, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Proven experience in placement coordination, career services, or related roles.
- Strong network with industry contacts in MBA, BCom, Management, and Journalism sectors.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in using career services management software and MS Office Suite.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
