**Role**:Placement Coordinator**

**Job Title**: Placement Coordinator

**Location**: Noida, Sector-2, Noida

**Salary Range**: ₹30,000 - ₹50,000 (Based on Skills)

**Job Overview**:
The Placement Coordinator will be responsible for facilitating career opportunities for students by managing employer relationships, providing career guidance, and overseeing the entire placement process. The role also involves organizing career-related events, conducting market research, and collaborating with various academic departments to support students' professional development.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Employer Engagement & Relationship Management**:
Establish and maintain strong relationships with local, regional, and national employers to identify job opportunities for students.

**Student Career Guidance**:
Provide one-on-one support to students, including assistance with job searches, career exploration, CV writing, interview preparation, and professional networking.

**Placement Process Management**:
Oversee all aspects of the placement process, including coordinating interviews, managing job offers, and assisting with offer acceptance procedures.

**Event Organization & Coordination**:
Plan and execute career fairs, networking events, employer panels, and other recruitment-related activities.

**Market Research & Industry Awareness**:
Continuously monitor industry trends, employer needs, and workforce demands to ensure student skills align with current market requirements.

**Cross-Department Collaboration**:
Collaborate with faculty, academic departments, and other campus offices to enhance students' career readiness and professional development.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, Human Resources, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in career services, placement, recruitment, or human resources, preferably within a higher education environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage with a diverse range of students, faculty, and employers.
- In-depth knowledge of job search strategies, CV building, and interview preparation techniques.

Minimum **1 year** of relevant work experience (required)
