**Position overview - **We are seeking an experienced Placement Coordinator to join our dynamic team in the EdTech industry. As a Placement Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in connecting students or learners with potential job opportunities, internships, or placements within our organization or partner companies. Your expertise in the EdTech industry, combined with your exceptional communication and organizational skills, will contribute to the successful placement and career development of our students.

**Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with partner companies,industry professionals, and recruiters to identify placement opportunities for learners.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders,including stakeholders, career counselor and program manager,to understand the requirements and expectations for placements.
- Assess students or learners skills,interests,and career goals,to align them with suitable placements opportunities.
- Conduct regular check
- ins with students during their placement period to ensure a positive experience and address any concerns or challenges.
- Monitor and evaluate the progress and performances of student during their placements, and provide Feedback
- Organize and participate in career fairs, networking events, and industry specific workshops to expand placement opportunities and enhance employer relationships.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Education, Business, Human

Resources) is preferred..
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working in the EdTech industry, with a focus on career development, student placement, or recruitment
- Strong knowledge of the EdTech industry landscape, including emerging technologies, job market trends, and employer expectations.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively interact with students, professionals, and industry stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with partner companies, industry professionals, and recruiters.
- Familiarity with career counseling techniques, resume/CV writing, and interview preparation.
