Job Title: Placement Officer/Placement Coordinator

Location: Noida, Sector 58

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Experience Required: 5+ Years (Mandatory in Placement Domain)

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and target-driven Placement Officer who has strong industry connections and a proven track record of successful student/candidate placements. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills, strong networking abilities, and prior experience exclusively in the placement field.

Key Responsibilities (8–10 Points)

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with HRs of MNCs and reputed organizations; must have 50+ HR contacts from established companies.
  • Source job opportunities across various industries suitable for candidates' profiles.
  • Maintain and share a track record of previous successful placements with verified candidate data.
  • Coordinate interviews, screening rounds, and selection processes between companies and candidates.
  • Conduct pre-placement orientation, grooming sessions, and ensure candidate readiness.
  • Develop new corporate tie-ups and strengthen existing partnerships for consistent hiring needs.
  • Monitor placement activities, maintain placement records, and prepare regular reports.
  • Stay updated with current industry trends and hiring requirements.
  • Ensure smooth communication between candidates, training team, and hiring partners.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience purely in Placement/Corporate Relations..
  • Must have evidence of past placement achievements with data records.
