Job Description – Placement Coordinator

Role Overview:

The Placement Coordinator will be responsible for bridging the gap between students and companies by creating opportunities for recruitment drives and ensuring successful placements. This role involves coordinating with employers, inviting them for campus drives, and actively hunting for suitable job opportunities for candidates across different platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Connect with companies and HR professionals to generate placement opportunities.
  • Invite organizations to conduct offline campus placement drives at the institute.
  • Identify and hunt relevant job openings for students across job portals and professional networks.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with recruiters and corporate partners.
  • Guide and support candidates throughout the placement process.
  • Maintain placement data and regularly report progress to management.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and networking skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain corporate relationships.
  • Familiarity with job portals, LinkedIn, and recruitment platforms.
  • Organizational and coordination skills with attention to detail.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25, ₹32,000.00 per month
