**Key Result Area (KRA): Training and Placement Officer**
- **Placement Management**:

- Achieve placement targets set by the academy for banking roles.
- Develop and maintain relationships with banks and financial institutions for placement opportunities.
- Coordinate and conduct placement drives, including scheduling, logistics, and communication with recruiters.
- Ensure smooth onboarding of students into banking roles post-placement.
- **Training Program Coordination**:

- Design and implement training programs that enhance students' employability in the banking sector.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and placement outcomes.
- **Career Counseling and Guidance**:

- Provide career counseling to students, including resume building, interview preparation, and professional development.
- Conduct mock interviews and workshops to prepare students for banking job interviews.
- Maintain updated knowledge of banking industry trends and job market requirements to guide students effectively.
- **Industry Networking**:

- Represent the academy at industry events, seminars, and conferences related to banking and finance.
- Build and maintain a network of industry contacts for collaboration and placement opportunities.
- Stay informed about changes in banking regulations and market demands to align training and placement strategies accordingly.
- **Performance Tracking and Reporting**:

- Track and analyze placement data, including placement rates, job roles secured, and employer feedback.
- Prepare periodic reports on placement activities, training effectiveness, and student performance for management review.
- Utilize data insights to continuously improve training programs and placement strategies.
- **Student Engagement and Support**:

- Foster a supportive environment for students, addressing their concerns and providing guidance as needed.
- Organize career development workshops, guest lectures, and alumni interactions to enhance student engagement and learning.
- Ensure compliance with academy policies and procedures related to training, placement, and student conduct.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
