**Role**:
Manage students Training and Placement activities.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Establish corporate relations for campus hiring.
- Organize internships, training, aptitude, and soft skills sessions.
- Maintain placement records and reports.

**Qualification**:
MBA (HR/Marketing).

**Experience**:
5-8 years in training & placements, preferably in engineering/MBA institutions.
