**About the Role**

We are looking for a proactive and student-focused **Academic & Placement Coordinator** to manage the complete academic journey of Data Analytics students. This role ensures smooth execution of classes, assessments, performance tracking, and career support, guiding students from enrollment to successful job placement.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Academic Management**:

- Schedule and manage batches, classes, and academic calendars.
- Coordinate with trainers, mentors, and industry experts to ensure high-quality learning delivery.
- Organise mock tests, assignments, and evaluations to assess student progress.
- **Student Performance Monitoring**:

- Track student performance and provide regular progress reports.
- Identify underperforming students and arrange remedial sessions or mentoring support.
- Conduct one-on-one sessions to address academic challenges and motivate students.
- **Career & Placement Support**:

- Prepare students for interviews through mock interviews, aptitude tests, and soft-skill workshops.
- Collaborate with the placement team to connect students with job opportunities.
- Provide continuous guidance and career counseling to ensure high placement success.
- **Operations & Student Engagement**:

- Maintain student records, attendance, and performance dashboards.
- Act as a primary point of contact for student queries and escalations.
- Plan events, workshops, and networking sessions to enhance student learning and employability.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (Education, Management, Data/Tech, or related field preferred).
- Prior experience in academic coordination, student mentorship, or placement support (EdTech or training institutes preferred).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage students and trainers.
- Understanding of the Data Analytics domain (preferred but not mandatory).
